The Sylvan Beach Mutual Corporation (“SBMC”) annual meeting is Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. The meeting will be held at the Edgar/Garrison cabin located at 980 Sylvan Creek Road in McCall, Idaho.

Your dues are payable on or before July 4, 2026. Annual dues are $150.00 for each share(s) 1 through 3, with 4 or more shares at $135.00 each. If you cannot attend the annual meeting, please mail your check and proxy to Julie Edgar 12495 W Muir Ridge Drive, Boise, ID 83709. Your prompt payment is greatly appreciated.

As a reminder, by order of the state regulators of the Department of Health and Welfare, we are required to officially notify each member of our association to boil the water before using it for domestic purposes.

Lake Shore Disposal picks up trash every Monday morning including holidays from mid-May to mid-October. Carts which hold an equivalent of 3 bags/cans of household trash are required. You are responsible for storing your cart during the winter when trash service

For 2026, three board positions, Jack Dahl, Kent Doss, and Julie Edgar are up for election at the annual meeting. If you are interested in participating on the board, please contact Jack Dahl at (208) 850-8549.
